As most of our friends and family know by now one of our favorite “children’s”  shows to watch with Ms. Stella is Yo Gabba Gabba.  Matt and I have been fans since before Stella was old enough to care and we all simply cannot get enough Gabba in our lives. Matt and I even got lucky enough to snag a photo-op with DJ Lance after a Ting Tings show at The Pageant a couple of years back. We are such dorks. So when I saw that one of my fave bloggers, Ms. Merrilee of Mer Mag created this print inspired by The Roots I was smitten to say the least.

Cut to 2 days ago when I saw her post  about one of the creators of Yo Gabba Gabba and their family’s struggles raising a daughter with a multitude of birth defects including a cleft lip and palette and congenital heart defects, I was inspired to help spread their story. Merrilee is currently selling these amazing prints in her etsy shop with all proceeds going towards Davy’s family and their mounting medical bills. And if you order a print by tomorrow you can get any additional print from Tuesday Mourning’s shop free in addition to you purchase. Talk about win-win, right?

Thank you to Merrilee for hosting such an incredible sale and to Ruth and Scott for being brave enough to raise such an amazing family and to let some sunshine into the lives of parents who are doing their best to raise their children to be the best people they can be. You are an inspiration and an invaluable resource. Sweet Davy is so lucky to have you in her life. Thank you for spreading joy to families around this globe. We lovely, love youl
